Simply put this Superfood Strawberry Smoothie is mind-blowingly delicious! 🍓🥥

We are coming towards the end of our Superfood Month at Everland but couldn’t give this one a miss. This smoothie is packed with superfood goodness and can be enjoyed everyday.

Ingredients:                  

🍓 2 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen

🍌 1 banana

🥛 ¼ cup dairy-free milk, unsweetened, you can add more milk if you like it thinner

🍃 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

🌱 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

🍁 2 tablespoons maple syrup optional


Cheeky toppings:

🎈 Goji berries

🥥 Coconut flakes

Instructions:

  1. Get out your blender or food processor.

  2. Add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

  3. Add your favourite toppings

  4. Enjoy!
